I started this year with over 35% body fat, and a fitness goal in mind. There were so many days I wanted to give up, stop working out, or just eat an entire bucket of chicken and chase it down with donuts. But I didn’t, I worked my ass off, literally, and am now ending the year with fitness goals surpassed and new goals for 2015. The photo chronicles my struggles with weight over the past few years, and I’ve been struggling to post it as I felt a bit shy but ultimately decided on sharing this because however shy I am, I am still very proud of what I have achieved, and hoping it inspires someone out there to make a change and challenge themselves in the coming year. Here’s to a happy, healthy 2015.
